Dubbed the "go-to Braze expert" by my colleagues, I proudly piloted our lifecycle marketing program on Covet Fashion - which was subsequently rolled out across all Glu games. This program includes push notifications, email, and in-app messaging aimed at engaging and re-engaging our customers. Email campaign performance remained consistently above industry averages three years into the program.
